1.What stage Opsby is at

Opsby is early, and works with a small number of businesses. The product still changes while people use it: screens, the way things are entered, and the way figures are presented may all be revised to fit real work better.

The trial is provided as it currently stands, with no commitment as to how complete the feature set is.

2.Your account and your responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account and password to yourself, and for what is done from that account. If you think someone else is using it, tell us through the Contact page and we will lock it.

Inside a company, what each role may do is set by that company — including who may see cost prices and margins.

3.Using it for what it is for

When using Opsby, please do not:

• Use it for anything unlawful under Vietnamese law.
• Try to reach another company’s data, or any part of the system you do not have rights to.
• Probe, attack or overload the system.
• Put content into the system that infringes someone else’s rights.

4.Your company’s data

What you put into Opsby — bookings, services, suppliers, figures — belongs to your company. We process it to run the software for you, and to help when you ask us to.

Some of it may be personal data about your customers and your staff. For that data, your company decides what it is used for; we process it on your instructions, within what running the software requires. If your company needs a separate written agreement covering that processing, say so and we will put one in place.

How the information you send through the website form is handled is set out in the Privacy Policy.

5.What we do not commit to at this stage

At this stage we do not commit to uninterrupted service, we do not commit to a fixed support response time, and we do not commit to a date for a feature that does not exist yet.

Requests about personal data are a separate matter: the deadlines set out in the Privacy Policy are obligations we hold ourselves to, they are not support commitments, and nothing in this section limits them.

We also do not commit to business outcomes. Opsby is a tool for recording and finding operational work; the results depend on how your business runs.
