Pricing
Open to a first group of businesses
Opsby has no published price list. At this stage, cost is worked out in conversation, against your size and the way you run — because the initial setup, and the time spent working alongside you early on, differ quite a bit from one business to the next. Below are three ways in, each with the part we have not committed to.
Trying Opsby
You open an account yourself and walk through the product on sample data, or bring in the real numbers from one working day and see whether the path through them matches the way your company already works.
- Included: a trial account, going through the booking, dispatch, supplier and money screens.
- Included: one session to look at it against your own sequence of work.
- No commitment on: a fixed response time while you are trying it.
- No commitment on: moving your older data across from the files you keep now.
Rolling it out in a business
Set up around the way you already operate: your products and services entered, your suppliers entered with their payment terms, roles and who can see what, then running alongside the old way of doing things until the team is comfortable.
- Included: the initial setup, done with you — services, suppliers, the people on your team, permissions by role.
- Included: staying with you through the early period to fix the places that do not match what actually happens.
- No commitment on: how far we can tailor it to one business.
- No commitment on: when a feature that is not in the product today will arrive.
- Cost: worked out against scale — how many users, how much work goes through, what has to be built on top.
A conversation about your own setup
An operation with its own shape, a lot of moving parts, or a choice you are still weighing between a few different ways of working. You describe the work; we say plainly which part Opsby can do today and which part it cannot.
- Included: one session reading through your chain of work and pointing out where Opsby fits and where it does not.
- No commitment on: taking on every request to tailor it.
- No commitment on: a fixed price before we understand the scale and the way you operate.
Câu hỏi thường gặp
Why is there no public price list yet?
Because at this stage most of the cost sits in the initial setup and in the time spent alongside you early on, and that part differs quite a bit between a team of three and a business with many moving parts. We would rather give you a number once we know the scale than publish one and charge more on top of it later.
Does trying it cost anything?
No. You open a trial account and go through the product. Cost only comes up once both sides have agreed to roll it out for real work.
Is there anything binding on duration?
The trial period binds you to nothing. For a rollout, both sides agree in writing beforehand on the scope of work and how the cost is calculated — there is no automatic renewal clause in this version.
How does data that already sits in files get brought in?
It depends on the volume and on how the current files are structured. We look at the real files before we can say what can be brought in and what is better entered again from the start. In this version there is no commitment to move data across automatically.
Tell us the scale you are working at
How many users, roughly how many bookings a day, how many suppliers you work with regularly. That is where a real number to talk about comes from.
